The order form records your full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the country you are watching from, the subscription term and device count you chose, the countries whose channels you want, any channel notes you write, your adult-content preference, whether the request is a new line or a renewal, and — only if you chose renewal — the username of the line being renewed.

The free-trial form records your full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your country, the device you will watch on, the countries whose channels you want, any channel notes, and your adult-content preference. It does not ask for a line type or an existing username, and it never asks for payment details.

The contact form records your name, email address, subject and message.

When you send one of the three forms, the request itself carries technical context that we record alongside your message so that we can support you and recognise abusive automated submissions.

From the request headers: your IP address, the raw User-Agent string, and the browser, browser version, rendering engine, operating system and device type derived from it, your Accept-Language header, the referring page, and the date and time of submission.

From the page in your browser, sent with the form: your time zone and UTC offset, your local time, your screen and viewport size, device pixel ratio and colour depth, your browser language list, the number of touch points your device reports, whether cookies are enabled, the referring URL and the address of the page you submitted from.

We do not use canvas, WebGL, audio or font fingerprinting, we do not enumerate your plugins or hardware, and we do not set any tracking cookie or cross-site identifier. Every one of the fields above is optional: a browser that reports less simply results in a shorter record, and your form still submits normally.

When a form is submitted from a public IP address, we make two server-side lookups on that address only: a network classification query to ip-api.com, and a check against the Tor Project's published list of exit nodes. Neither service is given your name, your email or your message.

The result is reduced to a short status recorded with your enquiry — VPN detected, proxy detected, Tor detected, not detected, or unknown — together with the approximate country, region, city, network operator and autonomous system reported for the address. If either lookup fails, is rate-limited or times out, the status is recorded as Unknown and your submission proceeds normally.

Private and local addresses are never looked up. We use this only to spot automated abuse and to understand where a support request is coming from; it is never used to make an automated decision about you.

The information you send is used to answer your enquiry, to prepare and activate your subscription, and to provide support. The technical context is used to help with device-specific setup problems and to identify automated abuse of the forms.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics networks, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

Submissions are delivered as email to our internal order inbox using Google's SMTP service, and a confirmation is sent to the address you provided from our public contact address. There is no database on this website: nothing you send is written to disk or stored in a customer table by this site.

The information therefore lives in our email system for as long as we need it to support you, and no longer. Ask us at any time and we will delete the correspondence that concerns you.

One exception is worth naming precisely: to limit form abuse we hold a counter against a hashed key that includes your IP address in the server's memory. It expires automatically after ten minutes and does not survive a restart.

This website sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser's local storage so the site does not flash the wrong colours on your next visit, and your language choice is reflected in the address of the page you are on. Neither is sent to us.

The live-chat widget provided by Tawk.to sets its own cookies so that a conversation can continue if you refresh the page. That is governed by Tawk.to's own privacy policy.

Google SMTP delivers our email. Tawk.to provides the live-chat widget. ip-api.com and the Tor Project provide the network classification described above. Google Fonts files are served from our own domain, so loading a page on this site does not contact Google.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address on our contact page and we will act within thirty days.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

If the forms change, this page changes with them. The date at the top of the page always reflects the version currently in force.
