Pricing questions

What does the device count actually mean?

It is the number of screens that can play at the same time on one line. A two-device plan lets two people watch different channels simultaneously; you can still install the app on as many devices as you like.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the full price for the whole term. There is no setup fee, no equipment charge and no add-on pack to buy later.

How do I pay?

Send the order form and we will reply with the payment options available in your country. Nothing is charged automatically and no card details are stored on this website.

Can I add devices later?

Yes. Message us on live chat or WhatsApp and we will price the upgrade against the time remaining on your current line.

Does my subscription renew by itself?
